David D. Horowitz founded and manages Rose Alley Press, which primarily publishes books featuring rhymed metrical poetry of the Pacific Northwest. His poems have appeared in The Raven Chronicles, Terrain.org, The Lyric, The Literary Nest, The Asses of Parnassus, and many other journals, and his essays regularly appear online in Exterminating Angel.
